We have also had bad experiences with my son.
IN this day and age it just shouldnt happen.

Sorry. I should have clarified. The most recent comment was message 28.

"This kind of thing isn't common. It's probably just a case of a few people made mistakes and it all added up coincidentally to become the minor disaster it did. I don't think a complaint is necessary. Nobody would willingly mistreat someone in that way."

I have complained in the past, and each time the hospitals have been greatful as it has helped them to see where they are lacking. One hospital even changed its training progamme to enclude autism.
So complaining can be positive. Depends on how you do it.
